Die Stadthäuser in Stadtroda bieten hochwertigen Wohnraum in bevorzugter Lage. Dabei sorgt eine ausgeklügelte Kombination von Fernwärme, Wohnungsstationen und Fußbodenheizungen für die Wärme- und Frischwarmwasserversorgung. Die konsequent aus einer Hand umgesetzte Systemlösung zeichnet sich durch ein hohes technisches Niveau und optimale Trinkwasserhygiene sowie eine übersichtliche Struktur aus.

Mehrfamilienhäuser für die Generation 55 plus

Mit den drei Stadthäusern hat die Stadtrodaer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft modernen Wohnraum nur 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum geschaffen. Hier entstanden insgesamt 27 zum Teil barrierefreie Wohnungen, die mit Größen zwischen 55 und 115 m2 speziell auf die Bedürfnisse der Generation 55 plus zugeschnitten sind. Der Leitgedanke war es dabei, klassische und moderne Elemente harmonisch zu verbinden. So wurden etwa die Wohn- und Küchenbereiche offen gegliedert und beim Bau neueste Materialien eingesetzt. Gleichzeitig sind die Architektur und Farbgebung der Häuser aber eher klassisch ausgerichtet.

Systemlösung aus Wohnungsstationen, Klett Fußbodenheizung und Uni Pipe PLUS

 Dieses Konzept wurde auch für die Wärmeversorgung beibehalten. Auf Basis des vorhandenen Fernwärmeanschlusses entwickelten die Beteiligten eine moderne, aber einfache und übersichtliche Systemlösung. Im Zentrum stehen dabei die dezentralen Wohnungsstationen von KaMo. Diese stellen nicht nur eine optimale Trinkwasserhygiene bei hohem Warmwasserkomfort sicher, sondern mischen auch die Vorlauftemperatur für die Uponor Klett Fußbodenheizung auf ein effizientes Niveau von 35 °C. Sämtliche Verrohrungen wurden zudem mit dem Uni Pipe PLUS Mehrschichtverbundrohr ausgeführt, sodass Uponor bei den Stadthäusern als Komplettanbieter für die gesamte Trink- und Heizwasserinstallation seine Partner vor Ort optimal unterstützen konnte.

Trinkwasserhygiene und Effizienz mit Wohnungsstationen

 Die Wohnungsstationen erfüllen in den Stadthäusern vor allem zwei wichtige Kriterien: Die systemische Trennung der Wohnbereiche vom Rest der Anlage sowie eine optimale Trinkwasserhygiene. Hierfür werden sie über die Steigstränge mit Heizwasser versorgt und stellen anschließend im Durchflussprinzip bedarfsgerecht Warmwasser zur Verfügung. Da so kein zentraler Trinkwarmwasserspeicher und auch keine Zirkulation in den Schächten mehr notwendig sind, erhöht sich gleichzeitig die Energieeffizienz des Gesamtsystems. Hierzu tragen auch die sehr niedrigen Rücklauftemperaturen mit großen Spreizungen bei, die bei der Warmwasserentnahme bis zu 45 K betragen können.

Flexible und sichere Ecoflex Nahwärmerohre

 Die Rohrleitungen für die Wärme- und Wasserversorgung wurden in einen eigens für die drei Stadthäuser angelegten Versorgungs- und Medienschacht eingeschoben. Hier kamen PEX-gedämmte Kunststoffrohre des Typs Ecoflex von Uponor mit einer Gesamtlänge von 60 m zum Einsatz, die sich mit ihrem gewellten Mantelrohr durch eine hohe Flexibilität auszeichnen. So erleichterte die einfache Handhabung das Einschieben der in vorkonfektionierten Längen gelieferten Leitungen in den fertigen Betonschacht. Die rechtwinklige Anbindung der Hausanschlüsse ließ sich anschließend einfach mit dem bewährten Quick & Easy Presssystem realisieren. Dieses lässt sich deutlich schneller verarbeiten als herkömmliche Schraubfittings und sorgt für eine dauerhaft dichte und sichere Verbindung mit hoher Leckagesicherheit.
