Schlanke Lösung für mehr Komfort

Modernen Komfort in älteren Gebäuden nachzurüsten kann Planer und Installateure vor Herausforderungen stellen. Deswegen gilt: Um im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung die technische Ausstattung von Bestandsgebäuden zu ergänzen und zu verbessern, muss man sich den Gegebenheiten vor Ort anpassen. So auch im Zwickauer Robinienweg: Dort plante die Westsächsische Wohn- und Baugenossenschaft eG (WeWo) eine ihrer Liegenschaften, einen Plattenbau aus dem Jahr 1965, zu sanieren und die 31 Wohnungen auf fünf Stockwerken mit einer Fußbodenheizung auszustatten. Ziel war es, die Immobilie zukunftsfähig zu machen und langfristig aufzuwerten. Auch deswegen fiel die Wahl auf eine Fußbodenheizung: Dank niedrigerer Vorlauftemperaturen und einer effektiveren Wärmeverteilung lassen sich Heizenergiekosten einsparen, die Nebenkosten senken und der Wohnkomfort steigern.

Maßgeschneiderte und schlanke Renovierungslösung

Die Herausforderung bei Planung und Einbau der Fußbodenheizung lag vor allem in der geringen Aufbauhöhe des alten Plattenbaus von nur fünf Zentimetern. Im Normalfall planen Estrichleger aber je nach Lastanforderung allein eine Estrich-Nenndicke von rund 45 Millimetern über dem Heizrohr ein. Das war im Robinienweg nicht möglich – doch genau für solche Fälle eignet sich das Minitec Niedrigaufbausystem ideal, weil es mit einer Elementhöhe von nur zwölf Millimetern sehr flach ist. Bei Bedarf lässt sich das System sogar auf bestehendem Estrich oder Fußbodenbelag verlegen. Die Uponor Minitec Comfort Pipe Rohre sind für einen jahrzehntelangen Betrieb ausgelegt: Die PE-Xa Rohre mit den Maßen 9,9 mal 1,1 Millimeter sind mit ihrer kleinen Dimension für den Einsatz in der Renovierung optimiert.

Im Robinienweg bildet eine zehn Millimeter starke Holzfaserdämmplatte WF von Knauf die Basis für das Flächenheizsystem. Zusammen mit dem Randdämmstreifen von Uponor sorgt die Platte für eine gute Trittschalldämmung im Mehrfamilienhaus – im Vergleich zu vorher ließ sich der Trittschall insgesamt um 20 Dezibel verbessern. Zum Schutz der Dämmung vor Feuchtigkeit aus der Nivelliermasse und für eine einwandfreie Festigkeitsentwicklung liegt eine Schrenzlage aus Natronkraftpapier von Knauf auf der Holzfaserdämmplatte auf. Die Grundlage des Minitec Systems sind die Rohrträgerelemente, die sogenannten Folienelemente, die sich dank ihrer selbstklebenden Rückseite schnell und einfach auf dem Boden befestigen und über Dreiecksnoppen miteinander verbinden lassen. Eine 20 Millimeter dicke Schicht Nivellierestrich N 440 von Knauf rundet die Konstruktion im Robinienweg ab.

Schneller Baufortschritt mit vorgefertigten Verteilerstationen

Auf insgesamt 2.295 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche sorgt das Renovierungssystem von Uponor im Robinienweg nun für eine angenehme Raumtemperatur. Für einen besonders schnellen Baufortschritt kamen im Plattenbau zudem vorgefertigten Comfort Port Verteilerstationen zum Einsatz, die anschlussfertig direkt auf die Baustelle geliefert werden, sodass sie dort nur noch angeschlossen werden mussten. Das sparte rund 2,5 Stunden Montage- und Rüstzeiteinsparung pro Verteilerstation ein – bei insgesamt 31 installierten Comfort Ports eine ganze Menge.

Fazit

Die Kombination aus Niedrigaufbausystem und Nivellierestrich erwies sich im Robinienweg als die ideale Lösung für die geringe Aufbauhöhe: Zusammen sind Trittschalldämmung, Fußbodenheizung und Estrich nur 42 Millimeter hoch – eine besonders schlanke Konstruktion, wie Andreas Reischl, Geschäftsführer der Zwickauer Firma Reischl Gebäude & Energietechnik GmbH betont, die die Installation der Fußbodenheizung verantwortet hat: „Die Gegebenheiten vor Ort waren speziell, aber die Gesamtlösung von Uponor und Knauf hat uns in der Ausführung überzeugt.“
