The project was designed by Touza Arquitectos. The 20-storey building, comprising 51 flats and certified to BREEM (Good) standards, is situated in one of Madrid’s most fashionable and revitalised areas and was developed by the property group Neinor Homes.
Residents in these 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes benefit from a sustainable, energy-saving solution that incorporates Uponor Klett Self-Fix and Uponor Smatrix Base systems to create the Invisible Climate Control system (heating and cooling) via underfloor heating.

This underfloor system distributes heat and cooling evenly and ensures a comfortable temperature at all times, without any draughts. It also gives homeowners complete freedom to design creative and spacious interiors that complement the architecture of Riverside Homes.
In addition, tenants benefit from the Uponor Smatrix Base smart control system with self-balancing functionality, which regulates the underfloor heating and cooling systems and is capable of learning from users’ routines. Through its self-balancing function, it anticipates temperature changes and adjusts the exact amount of energy required to ensure optimal comfort at all times, whilst optimising energy consumption.
