Residential Complex "SVITLO PARK"
SVITLO PARK” is a large-scale residential complex in the “city within a city” format, located on more than 20 hectares on the right bank of the Dnipro River in Kyiv. The project combines modern architecture, social infrastructure (kindergartens, school, child development centre, sports club), and car-free pedestrian green spaces.
The complex has been developed in the “city within a city” format: kindergartens, a school, development centers, a sports club with a swimming pool, a supermarket, jogging and cycling tracks, as well as recreation and barbecue areas are all integrated into the internal infrastructure. This allows residents to have access to all essential services within a space where comfort and safety dominate.
