EuraTechnologies Building
Uponor's apartment heating modules are being incorporated into the residential building project located in the Euratechnologies district, Lomme's innovation hub
An innovative project with high thermal performance
Combi Port’s prefabricated solution was installed in the 58 units of a building located in the EuraTechnologies zone in Lomme.
In total, 42 12-liter apartment thermal modules, 11 15-liter apartment thermal modules, and 5 CIC modules were installed by Sarcclim.
A neighborhood combining housing and businesses
The multi-unit residential building is part of the development plan for the EuraTechnologies business park located in the Bois Blanc neighborhood, an urban development project led by the Lille Metropolitan Area and the city of Lomme since 2009.
The project is expected to cover 150,000 m² by 2020, including flexible laboratories, higher education institutions, and businesses in the ICT sector as well as individual enterprises, along with 170,000 m² of space for multi-unit housing.
The project’s goal is to prioritize the establishment of ICT companies and to become a hub for the development of innovative projects.
It is expected to create 5,000 jobs and 5,000 housing units.
Apartment heating modules recommended for their thermal regulation capabilities.
Sarcclim, an installer specializing in multi-family and commercial buildings, heating, and domestic hot water systems in new construction. The project began in May 2018 and continued through early 2019. Apartment thermal modules (MTA) are a benchmark in the residential sector and in new, high-energy-performance multi-family housing.
A single distribution network, simplified energy metering, and flexibility in energy choice make the Combi Port prefabricated solution unique.
Suitable for all heating systems, this modern solution ensures individualized management and reduces heat loss and noise transmission.
The decentralized domestic hot water production technology also effectively eliminates the risk of water contamination in storage tanks. It also allows for the complete elimination of the circulation or storage of heated drinking water.
The flexibility of the manufacturing platform allows for the integration, upon request, of all necessary hydraulic components to achieve a coherent, high-performance, and safe system.
The MTA facilitates energy metering and offers several advantages:
Up to 58% energy savings
Reduced number of risers
Optimal DHW quality thanks to on-demand production
Legionella-resistant DHW production
No DHW recirculation
Optimized regulatory thermal calculation (Title V).
