Современный многофункциональный бизнес-центр европейского уровня «Тушино» категории B+ GS расположен в Северо-Западном Административном округе Москвы в районе Южное Тушино.
Общая площадь проекта составляет 13 тысяч квадратных метров. Бизнес-центр состот из 4 секций различной этажности. Первая и вторая секция высотой в 7 этажей, третья – трехэтажная, и четвертая состоит из 5 этажей.
Проект здания предусматривает паркинг на 160 автомобилей. Инженерное обеспечение включает систему контроля центрального отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, систем центрального кондиционирования и микроклимата, вентиляции, аварийного энергоснабжения. Здание оборудовано самой современной инженерной техникой. Офисы характеризуются коридорно-кабинетной планировкой, отдельными санитарными помещениями и оборудованными мини-кухнями. Во всех офисных помещениях произведена внутренняя отделка высококачественными строительными материалами согласно высочайшим европейским стандартам, есть кондиционеры, на окнах установлены шумоизоляционные стеклопакеты.
Строительный концерн «Крост» инвестировал 10,2 млн. долларов в перепрофилирование здания бывшего общежития столичного профтехучилища в бизнес-центр класса B+ GS «Тушино». Согласно концепции ООО «ПФС «Крост», инвестора проекта, в аренду сдается только 8 тысяч кв. метров бизнес-центра, на остальных площадях планируется разместить пивной ресторан сети концерна «Крост», а также свой сетевой салон красоты.
Архитектором проекта выступил Александр Мюллер, а концепцию ландшафта прилегающей территории разработал Александр Овер.
Проект является номинантом Ежегодной Премии в области коммерческой недвижимости CRE Awards 2010 в категории Бизнес-центр класса B в Москве.

The New Deichmanske Library - Bjørvika, Oslo
Deichman is equipped with Thermally Active Building System - a system for storing the energy in the concrete ceiling. It is primarily a cooling system, but it can also be used as a heating system. When in cooling mode, no energy is used as the heat is drawn into the concrete, only when it is transferred from the concrete and into the water pipes that are cast in the decking. The need for installed power is reduced, and operating expenses are significantly reduced as opposed to in a air-based cooling system. The TABS is cast into the Prefab elements, which is a BubbleDeck construction with spans up to 10.5 meters.
