Un proyecto en la primera línea de la vanguardia de la edificación
La torre con un diseño único, 98 metros de altura y doble curvatura en su fachada, provoca que cada una de sus 20 plantas y 39 viviendas sean totalmente diferentes.
Un edificio singular donde la eficiencia energética se convierte en un pilar de su propio diseño y referente en viviendas de lujo en cuanto a reducciones de consumo eléctrico, de agua y emisiones de CO2.
Goya Real Estate, impulsora del proyecto, garantiza una reducción del consumo eléctrico de entre el 24% al 50 % con respecto a otros edificios, un ahorro de agua de un 40%, y una reducción de las emisiones de CO2 entre un 33% y un 39%.
La sostenibilidad y el confort dentro de cada una de las viviendas son optimizadas por la solución de Climatización Invisible por superficie radiante (calefacción) de Uponor impulsada por sistema de aerotermia. Además para el transporte del agua se ha elegido la solución Uponor Q&E.

An 8-storey apartment is rising in a former bank district in Lahti. The target will contain 265 apartments and is designed by A1 Arkkitehdit Oy and will be built by Nuorisosäätiö. There are 256 rental apartments reserved for students on floors 2-7. Uponor R2I blocks will be installed in all of the student-apartments in connection with bathroom and kitchen elements. Aleksi 5 is the first new destination in which R2I blocks are being delivered and in which sound-absorbing Decibel drains are used.
