Renowacja żeliwnego wodociągu metodą ciasopasowaną

Wodociąg Dąbrowa w Łodzi tłoczy wodę od Stacji Uzdatniania Wody w ul. Lodowej do Zbiorników Stoki przy ul. Pomorskiej. W ramach projektu poddano modernizacji wodociąg o średnicy nominalnej DN750mm i długości około 5440 mb.

Metoda ciasnopasowania pod ruchliwymi drogami, torami tramwajowymi i PKP

Zamawiający (Łódzka Spółka Infrastrukturalna) zasugerował by renowację omawianego rurociągu przeprowadzić z wykorzystaniem swageliningu. Swagelining to metoda "ciasno pasowania", która polega na wprowadzeniu do wnętrza zniszczonego rurociągu rur PE o chwilowo zmniejszonej średnicy (dzieje się to poprzez podgrzanie rur i przyłożenie stałej siły ciągu). Po wciągnięciu przewodu siła ciągu zostaje zwolniona i rura PE rozprężając się dopasowuje swoją średnicę do wewnętrznej średnicy starego przewodu. Zyskujemy w ten sposób dodatkowe wzmocnienie konstrukcyjne naprawianego rurociągu.

Do realizacji zadania wykonawca (Wiertmar) użył początkowo rury PEHD DN800 SDR17, grubość ścianki 47,4mm produkcji firmy X. Specjalnie nie podajemy producenta rur, ponieważ próba ta zakończyła się niepowodzeniem. Prace przeprowadzono w okresie zimowym.

Wykonawca postanowił przeanalizować zaistniałą sytuację wysyłając rury producenta X do zbadania do dwóch laboratoriów.

  • średnica zewnętrzna wciąganej rury PE - 800 mm;
  • średnica wewnętrzna poddawanego renowacji rurociągu - 750 mm;
  • średnica zewnętrzna rury PE po przejściu przez reduktor - około 730 mm;
  • średnica zewnętrzna rury PE po procesie relaksacji - około 760 mm.

Weholite limits overflows and pollution in London

Uponor’s Weholite technology was the key solution in a unique project in London, where the Lee Tunnel and Thames Tideway tunnel have the task of capturing an average of 39 million tonnes of sewage a year from the 35 most polluting combined sewer overflows (CSOs). An upgraded pipeline system was designed to reduce the number of overflows – and their environmental impact – from the sewers and treatment systems serving London. A particular aim is to limit pollution from the sewers and treatment systems connected to the Beckton and Crossness sewage treatment works.

Safe water supply for an old shipyard and sawmill area

The Pateniemi waterfront area in Oulu, Northern Finland played a role in the history of Finnish industrialisation.
