The Balaton Cottage Village was founded in 2011 as a European dream town. Here you can see houses of various types and architectural styles. These can be either individual houses, duplexes, or even entire cottage ensembles or block townhouses. The village is isolated from the outside environment. The territory has its own playgrounds, sports grounds, an open-air gym and even a stable with an equestrian children's sports school.
The village is divided into the English Quarter, the Italian Quarter, Pavlovsky Passage and the Duplex Quarter. There are two ponds on the territory of the village.
In some cottages, Uponor Q&E piping and fitting systems are used, with the help of which radiator heating and water supply systems are equipped. Currently, the developer is cautiously approaching the choice of piping systems and comparing them with each other, choosing the best one for the most profitable. The town continues to develop, and we have ambitious plans for further fruitful cooperation with the developer. During 2017, Uponor systems were used in 20 houses, and in total, as of the end of 2017, there were already 60 houses in the town that used our products.
