PEX Drives Efficient In-Slab High-Rise Install

ACCO Engineered Systems sought a plumbing solution that could be installed in a concrete slab to allow for higher ceilings in the residential units. This type of installation had never been done before by any other plumbing contractor in the city of Los Angeles. Going into the project, they knew they had a tight installation timeline of plumbing one 16-unit floor per week and needed a system that facilitated a quick installation while maintaining reliability. The plumbing subcontractor, ACCO, also wanted a strong product warranty for added confidence. They have a long history record and are well versed in high-rise installations, so they wanted a brand that offered support throughout the entire construction cycle to help ensure a smooth installation from start to finish.

Oval Village

As part of a close collaboration with Berkeley and Malcolm Building Services, Uponor has supplied its Uni-Pipe PLUS multilayer composite pipe (MLCP) and S-Press PLUS fittings to the Oval Village development in central London. The Uponor system was selected over copper due to its ease of installation, reliability of testing and the technical support provided by Uponor.

Entinen Kakolan vankila Turussa on muuttumassa asunnoiksi. Uponorin Decibel-putket varmistavat, että rakennuksen kiinteistöviemäröinti on hiljainen ja pitkäikäinen.

Lahdessa Aleksanterinkatu 5 valmistuu talotekniikkahormeilla

Lahdessa entisen pankin kortteliin nousee 8-kerroksinen kerrostalo, johon tulee yhteensä 265 asuntoa. Talossa oleviin opiskelija-asuntoihin asennettiin Uponorin talotekniikkahormit kylpyhuone-elementtien yhteyteen sekä keittiön hormeiksi. Aleksi 5 on ensimmäinen uudiskohde, johon toimitettiin talotekniikkahormit ja joissa on käytetty ääntä vaimentavaa Decibel-viemäriä.

Testattu ja tutkittu lattialämmitysratkaisu pitää askeläänet kurissa

As Oy Jyväskylän Holvi on 43 huoneiston uusi kerrostalo aivan Jyväskylän ydinkeskustassa. Jokaiseen huoneistoon asennettiin Uponor Tacker -lämpölattia ja Uponor Smatrix Base -säätöjärjestelmä.
