Fleksibel skakt-enhed forkorter VVS-montagetid

Uponor kan nu berige markedet med nyudviklede, præfabrikerede VVS-skaktenheder, som giver en række indlysende fordele i moderne etagebyggeri og rækkehuse. Det var arbejdet med projektet Sluseholmen i Københavns Sydhavn, som gav indsparket til idéen om et helt nyt, kompakt og fleksibelt modul til styring af vand og varme i forskellige boligtyper.
 
Sluseholmen er tegnet af Årstiderne Arkitekter og er et omfattende etagebyggeri med boligkarréer i Københavns nye, prestigefyldte kanalby. Hertil har Uponor i byggefase 1 leveret et par hundrede af de nye skaktenheder, som håndterer gulvvarme og brugsvand, samt inkluderer en eltavle monteret øverst på modulet. Snart skal yderligere godt 400 skaktenheder monteres i byggeriets fase 2 og 3, efter samme princip.
Der er tale om et nyudviklet, præfabrikeret modulprodukt, som er blevet til i tæt, tværfagligt samarbejde mellem Uponor, totalentreprenøren KPC, ingeniørerne fra Midtconsult og VVS Søberg. Produktudviklingen er sket med sparring fra Uponor’s fabrik i Celle, og succesen understreges af, at den nye skakt-enhed allerede nu bliver refereret til som ønsket løsningsmodel i et stigende antal nye udbud på byggemarkedet.
 
Mange fordele
Enheden består af et præfabrikeret grundmodul plus løse modulsæt til fleksibel, individuel tilpasning i installationsprocessen. Fordelene er først og fremmest et langt hurtigere, fejlfrit og gnidningsløst VVS-montørarbejde, en ensartet teknisk kvalitet, standardiseret design, vare-flow og service, fleksible tilslutningsmuligheder samt et pænt og ordentligt resultat, hvor al teknologien er samlet ét sted i boligen.
Hos Uponor ser man et stort potentiale for den nyudviklede ’prefab’ VVS-løsningsmodel, og yder samtidig de projekterende i byggebranchen faglig rådgivning med henblik på valg af løsning, dimensionering med videre til et givent projekt. Som ved alle Uponor’s produkter gælder også her, at indeklima, bæredygtighed og langtidsholdbare, praktiske og enkle løsninger vægtes højt.
Der ligger et grundigt fodarbejde med stor faglig ekspertise og kreativt samarbejde bag udviklingen og optimeringen af de nye Uponor-skaktenheder. Herunder det tværfaglige samarbejde, der gør produktet endnu mere fordelagtigt for aktørerne i byggeprojekterne fremover. Fx er tilføjet en eltavle, monteret øverst på skaktmodulet, hvor elektrikerne kan anbringe deres elementer.
De involverede fagekspertiser i udviklingen af produktet fremhæver det grundlæggende ønske om en standardisering til sikring af kvalitet og strømlinet montage. Man sparer megen montagetid på byggepladsen og skal bruge færre montører til opgaven.

Fleksible skakt-enheder forkorter montagetiden i boligbyggeri
Projekt ’Sluseholmen’ har været indspark til idéen om udvikling af en ny og fordelagtig VVS-løsningsmodel.
Det har resulteret i et helt nyt og optimalt VVS-produkt fra Uponor, nemlig et velstruktureret, kompakt og let håndterbart Prefab-grundmodul med fleksible tilkoblingsmuligheder for styring af vand og varme i forskellige boligtyper.
Uponor kan fremover tilbyde aktørerne på byggemarkedet de præfabrikerede VVS-skaktenheder til primært moderne etagebyggerier og rækkehuse.
Fordelene er først og fremmest:
  • Langt hurtigere, gnidningsløst og fejlfrit VVS-montørarbejde.
  • Fleksibilitet i form af tillæg til grundmodulet

Postitalo, the former post office building in downtown Tampere, got a new look in 2017 when it was renovated into new commercial premises and a block of flats was built on top. The heat distribution system of choice was Uponor's underfloor heating and cooling system, which was installed in all flats.

A line renovation was carried out in a block of flats in Turku using Uponor's R2I elements

Line renovations in blocks of flats can be conducted significantly faster and more easily. The Uponor R2I cassette makes for a problem-free renovation. Thanks to advanced prefabrication, the project period is shorter and the risks are lower. The As Oy Varsta company in Turku is the first R2I pilot site. The site will be completed to an expedited schedule.

An 8-storey apartment is rising in a former bank district in Lahti. The target will contain 265 apartments and is designed by A1 Arkkitehdit Oy and will be built by Nuorisosäätiö. There are 256 rental apartments reserved for students on floors 2-7. Uponor R2I blocks will be installed in all of the student-apartments in connection with bathroom and kitchen elements. Aleksi 5 is the first new destination in which R2I blocks are being delivered and in which sound-absorbing Decibel drains are used.
